First floor:
Spacious living room, dining room with coffee and tea corner, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and access to the duplex’s own terras with a view of the woods.
Second floor:
2 bedrooms accessible via a staircase from the living room. (Safety rails can be placed at the stairs upon request).
Nearby area:
At a 2-minute walk, you find the heated swimming pool (June-Sept), hiking trails into the woods, a playground with sand and slides for the little ones, and a basketball-play court for the bigger ones.
Discovering the area by bike or going to the open-air museum Bokrijk and discovering the lake bridge is only a 34-minute bike ride! With the grocery stores and train station within a 25-30 minute bike ride, from where you can take the train to the beautiful cities of Hasselt and Maastricht.

- Kelchterhoef - with 'de Plas,' farms, hiking, and cycling paths, as well as a campsite.

- Molenheide - a municipal wildlife park, campsite, and a complex with swimming pools, tennis courts, and a covered play area.
