1. What is the difference between Fijnspar 108 and Fijnspar 6?
Both properties come fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchens with modern appliances, private outdoor spaces, and comfortable living areas. Villa Solara also features a private pool, while Casa di Limoni has a charming garden and outdoor dining area.

2. Is bed linen and towels included?
Yes, bedlinen and towels are included (at an extra fee of €20 per person) in the linen package.
Everything will be ready for you upon arrival.
For longer stays: Extra bedlinen & towels can be request up to 3 days before arrival.

3. Is there free parking on site?
Yes, you can park for free on the domain at a 3 minute walk from the apartment.
Cars are not alowed to stay on the domain for safety and calm purposes.
You can (un) load your car near the apartment.

4. What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

5. Are pets allowed in the apartments?
No pets are allowed in either Fijnspar 108 or Fijnspar 6, to ensure hygiene and comfort for all guests.

6. Is there Wi-Fi and a workspace?
Absolutely! Both apartments have fast and reliable Wi-Fi.
Fijnspar 108 also features a dedicated desk for remote work or business travelers.

7. Is there a supermarket or bakery nearby?
Yes, within a 5-minute drive you’ll find supermarkets, a bakery, and several local shops in Houthalen.

8. Can we check in early or check out late?
Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon request, at an extra fee and subject to availability.
Please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

9. Do the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen?
Yes, both apartments include a kitchen with cooking utensils, fridge, stove, microwave, oven, filter and Senseo (F108) or Dolce Gusto (F6) coffee machines, and even a dishwasher in Fijnspar 6.

10. What activities are nearby for kids and families?
There’s a fenced heated pool on the domain (seasonal), a playground, and forest trails.
Nearby attractions include Bokrijk, LABIOMISTA,Plopsa Indoor and a small beach area for kids.
A lot of activity suggestions and walking trails will be provided in the guest app.

11. How do we access the apartment?
After completing the online check-in, you’ll receive a digital guest app with all instructions, including key code, parking details, and house rules.
